Return Policy

All returns must be in new and re-sellable condition and returned within 14 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a return is sent that we cannot re-sell as new-it will be refused. We MUST be notified of any returns beforehand so we can provide a return authorization, or the package will be denied.

Exchanges: There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Please contact us if an exchange is desired. We will need to know the reason for the exchange, the item you are exchanging and what you are exchanging it for. Please contact US for exchanges or returns first- not the distributor. Depending on the circumstance, you may have to return it to us or the distributor.

Special/Custom Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

There are no returns or refunds on special or custom orders, unless there is a mistake made on the part of the manufacturer.

We strive to run an honest business and want all our customers satisfied with their purchases-please ask any questions before buying and we will answer them honestly and to the best of our ability. Please be sure to take time to double check your order for correct sizes, colors, and quantities. A copy of your order will be emailed to you with your receipt. If you noticed an error was made-just eMail us right away and we will correct it for you before it is ordered with our distributor.

Items not in stock may take 1-6 weeks to receive. As a dealer, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control and an item may take longer than originally expected or what we were told by a manufacturer.
